by using brindie you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service. we may update this page from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

what brindie does

brindie provides software for publishing community and event pages, collecting rsvps, selling tickets where enabled, and related organizer tools. we strive for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

your responsibilities

• you're responsible for the accuracy of event details, pricing, and policies you show to attendees.
• you comply with applicable laws (including consumer, tax, and data protection rules) for your events and marketing.
• you don't use brindie for fraud, spam, illegal content, or to harass others.

payments

paid tickets may be processed by stripe on connected accounts where configured. fees, refunds, and disputes follow stripe's flows and your obligations as the merchant of record where applicable. platform fees (if any) are described at checkout or in your organizer settings.

disclaimers

the service is provided as-is, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of brindie, subject to any rights that can't be limited in your jurisdiction.
